Serving the Valley for over 40 years
Established in 1979, Christian Care / Fellowship Square Phoenix has been serving Valley seniors for over 40 years. We are a non-profit senior living community. We offer a full continuum of senior living options on one campus: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, and Supportive Services. We have five dining venues on campus, a maintenance department, and housekeeping/janitorial services.
Our campus is in north-central Phoenix, on the west side of 19th Avenue, a few blocks south of Cactus Road.
