A Flexible Senior Living Option
Our Simply Independent program is a great alternative for seniors who are looking for more flexibility and control over their budgets. In comparison to our traditional Independent Living package, there are slightly fewer amenities and services included in the monthly rent, but residents always have the option to add extra services as they choose.
Simply put, Simply Independent allows you to customize your senior living experience by choosing only the amenities and services that matter most to you, giving you more control over your monthly budget.
Move-in Fees
| Community Fee (One-time payment, non-refundable) = $500 | Security Deposit (refundable) = $1,450 |

Extended Senior Living Services & Amenities
Simply Independent's monthly rent includes 24-hour security and an emergency call system, 10 meals per month, monthly housekeeping, and maintenance services.
For an extra fee, residents have the option to add the following services as they choose.

The Simply Indpenednt option is exclusive to a select number of our Model A, one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments. With all the same features of our traditional Independent Living apartments, you can be assured of a remarkable senior living experience with the comfort and convenience you desire.

Additional Occupant: $400/month
