Assisted Living Common Areas
Three Levels of Assisted Living Services
The Oasis offers three levels of assisted living services: Supervisory Care, Personal Care, and Direct Care. Prior to admission, residents complete a health assessment with our Assisted Living Director to determine the level of care that best fits their needs. Once the appropriate level of care is determined, the Director will review the care plan with the resident and their representative upon admission.

We offer studio and one-bedroom/one-bathroom Assisted Living apartments. All units feature high ceilings, a kitchenette, a spacious bathroom, and a walk-in shower with safety bars for support.
