Located on Fellowship Square’s Phoenix campus, Christian Care Nursing Center offers a wide range of short-term rehab and skilled nursing services.

We offer both private and semi-private rooms, and all rooms feature private showers. An interior courtyard is a nice place for residents to enjoy the outdoors if they choose, and the private family room is available for care plan meetings and visits.
