As a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization, we measure our success by providing excellent customer service, providing a fulfilling lifestyle for our residents, and promoting their independence through our service to them.
Residents, their families, friends, and staff often ask how they can help, they want to be part of their community in a bigger way. Whether contributing funds towards a specific capital project or through planned giving, donations to Fellowship Square are always tax-deductible. These funds directly support the programs and services we provide for our residents, and towards capital projects to enhance community amenities.
Serving Arizona's Seniors for over 40 years
Christian Care was founded in 1979 by a group of devoted Christians who recognized an opportunity to minister to Arizona seniors by offering affordable nursing care. Realizing this need, they formed a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and named it Christian Care.
How to make a financial donation
Every donation, regardless of size, is truly appreciated. Financial donations can be made online, over the phone, or by mailing a check directly to the Fellowship Square Office of Advancement office.

Making a donation by check
If you would like to designate your donation to a specific campus or project, please write that information in the memo field of your check. Or, if you prefer to have your donation go towards our most significant area of need, please write ‘undesignated’ in the memo line.
