Dear Residents, Families and Friends,

I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself, as the new Executive Director of Fellowship Square Surprise. I am very excited for this new journey. I currently serve as the Executive Director of Fellowship Square Phoenix and Cottonwood. Over the next month, I will be making my transition, and will be planted in Surprise by August 1st.

I have worked in Senior Living for over twenty years now. I often say that God created this job, just for me. It is a blessing to work for Christian Care and to be a part of this thriving ministry. I feel so honored to be chosen as your Executive Director.

Over the years, I have learned that people want to know what you believe. They want you to be transparent, honest, and to communicate personally and individually. As we get to know each other, you will learn that I do just that. My main job is to let you know how much I care. Every decision, every precaution, is driven by my love and compassion for people.

I know communication is challenging right now, as we are facing unprecedented times. Covid-19 has changed the face of everything. Quarantines and masks are our new normal. I will be communicating weekly, regarding our efforts to keep you safe. I believe in transparency and will share information with you, as it becomes available. Over the past few months, I have worked closely with the Arizona Department of Health Services and the CDC to develop policies and procedures on our Phoenix Campus. I look forward to sharing these plans with each of you, as we move forward with our phased-opening of the campus amenities in Surprise.

I am excited to meet you, and to hear your stories! I know this will be difficult, but as restrictions are changed and shifted, more opportunities will be presented. Please watch the Fellowship Square Surprise Facebook Page, Website, and Blog for updates. We will be using these mediums to communicate, in addition to emails and letters. The more streams of communication we have, the better we can keep you informed.

Again, I am honored and excited to serve you!

Sincerely,

Jami Gross,

Executive Director
